PARK HALLERA II consists of two intimate 3-storey buildings with underground garages and cellars,   with big, accessible for all, fenced, modern playground closed to the internal sides of buildings as well as with ground car park for inhabitants and their guests, located at Generalska Street. At the ground part there are cellary and garages some of them with cellaries closed to the parking space, which gives a comfort for its users. Apartments are designed the way that each one has the kitchen with window and a wide terrace or balcony for optimal use of each square meter of the area. We offer the most popular, small apartments from 32m2 to 66m2 with the option of connecting them according to individual requirements of customer. The apartments we offered are handel over in „developer option standards” but there is also a possibility to have them finished. That option can be interesting for those who mind the lower VAT tax, comfort (no need for looking for the „professionals” who can finish the apartament for you), quarantee for the finished apartament and the fact that the price of such is still much lower than the similar apartament in Warszawa built in „developer option standards”.
Otwock, in pre-war times known as health resort of the capital, famous from its recreation purposes and excellent micro-climate, thanks to the pine wood surroundings. PARK HALLERA II - gives the possibility to settle down in the neighbourhood of Mazowiecki Park Krajobrazowy and the river Świder, very attractive for the cyclists and walkers – only 25 minutes from the center of Warsaw, with very good communications by four-lined Wał Miedzeszyński as well as the railway station in walking distance, with a quick train SKM and the private bus lines.
